I have used FOR in the title instead of AT as to me they denote different things

this is what ive had to put up with for many years with tenant petra hind from flat c - she now has a bloke who works for camden council living with her who drives around in a white van with camden council on it and he slams and bags the doors like she does.
me at accident and emergency at the royal free hospital - this is what petra hind and camden met police did [for camden council i believe]
this seems to be acceptable practice in camden.
