how where i live [small street property house/conversion - 3 separate dwellings] in lb of camden is not a happy, secure environment for me and hasn't been for many years. not every single minute has been bad but a lot of it has and as ive gotten older and iller in regards to physical/emotional condition it seems to have gotten worse.
as a disabled person i have no automatic protections [when needed] under the Human Rights Act 1998 HERE, or the Equality Act 2010 HERE or under Camden Adult Safeguarding law/policies HERE
I haven't been able to protect myself from what i consider various abuses by various people within the borough.
being a camden council tenant i don't have any automatic protection [when needed] under the Tenancy Conditions - HERE
or camden councils councils anti-social behaviour policy
more recently the police and a neighbour and housing where involved in aggravating the AR i have and the anxiety condition so much so i ended up in the a&e of the rfh due to the intensely painful flare up related to what the police etc did. i am also on the waiting for some sort of mental health service, that im not even sure how it works. i also had anti-depressant meds dosage increased - i was feeling traumatised, that id been tortured etc. i had been held against my will in an environment where i believed i was going to die. i still feel trauma at times and was walking about in a sort of daze, not quite believing what they had done.
even today at 5.30am i could smell skunk from somewhere close by - this annoys me because its so common and no masking aromas sticks etc seem to be used. if its not the skunk its other smells i don't like having to keep smelling.
i seem to be a lot more sensitive to smells - a sensory issue [your nose] im also like that with some noises - another sensory issue [your ears and attached neuro networks with you brain and body.
the constant abuses of ones senses isnt healthy imo
work in progress
timeline

2x ive been subjected to flat A making moaning and groaning noises from flat - loud enough for me to hear: when i came down main stairs and i heard what i thought sounded like a male wa%king off, and by the time i reached the main front door and opened it it was A, searching for his keys, plastic bag on the ground [1 loaf of bread] claiming he got so knackered when going to shops sort of thing. i thought he was taking the P out of me.
2nd time i had brought some rubbish downstairs and outside to put in bins and as i was i could again hear moaning and groaning from inside flat A living room [window was open] next thing i know A is outside at gate and fastly walks back into flat whilst looking at me like he hated me.. he didnt say anything, neither did i, i don't want to speak to him anymore, i don't see any point.
this sort of thing seems to me to be okay [by others] for him to do - as its become the norm around here for such behaviour [mainly directed at me] it upset me but i have no faith in the landlord or police in helping me - look how badly they have treated me already in regards to other stuff and more recently tenant in flat C etc and me ending up in a&e hospital department.

flat C - whats new in regards to unwelcome noise is the thumping about in the toilet area and the flushing above me - this is on top of the extra loud water pressure noise from kitchen sink tap i heard the other day. its one thing after the other and its depresses me even more that i am.
the other noise to do with the pipes has been going on a bit longer: is to do with waste pipes outside my bedroom window: sounds like the waste water at the bottom of the pipe where water goes into the drain.
its noisy, and its a nuisance.
when is the landlord going to fix it? someone went into flat c early morn the other day- repairs i think -
c still closes flat door loudly so i can hear it - and that its annoyance and harassment. im feeling down.
ive not been feeling well this last week, my head and what feels like electric shocks inside of it and physically feeling so knackered i can barely move, but i have to do things but its such a struggle.
may be the new meds for the joint inflammation pain - back to see rheuma at hospital next week.
i don't want to die living in this place.
communal area outside my flat door stinks like a drugs den or something. what a shte hole this place is.
the green box has been put back on the [communal] pathway again and it looks like more rubbish has been dumped there.
the wild flowers i like.
30 july 2025
flat C is still doing the thumping down heavily [or dropping heavy things] on her bedroom floor [the noise comes through my bedroom ceiling due to how heavy the force is and lack of insulation between floor and ceiling] , and is a nusiance to me. she does it on purpose imo to cause me harassment.
26 aug 2025
some people come into the 3 dwelling street property i live in very quietly, walk up up 2 flights of stairs [without making a sound]
when they get to my flat door which is opposite flat c, the flat c door is slammed and they can be heard heavly walking up the flat stairs
the smell from flat below comes up through the ceiling of flat, up to the area outside my door. smells like a lot of heavy [roll ups] tobacco smoking.
i hate[am anxious] about having to pass through the communal area to come and go from my flat, for a number of reasons, the smell being one of them.
update
flat c slamming door x2 late night - does it to harass me -
28 aug 25
the other day it was white man, with dark grey van, who says something as going into flat c, which obviously i can hear. this is weird as other bloke is blk, short afro, [looked short as in a bun at back of head under clothe]used to use white vans, who used to say something incoherant [so i could hear] when he was coming out of flat.
this time it blk fella, long dreadlocks, with grey, stocky who again says something as he leaves flat that i can hear. but i can't hear when he came in to property and up to flats on first floor, etc.
this is different to when say someone from a firm who the council has contracted with to do something sayd in the communal area - you can usually hear them.
the next contact im waiting on is to do with the internal stock survey of flat.
update
long dreadlocks man sneaks back into c, then later on he and c go out then not long after
a very loud slam of flat c door. c isnt working as far as im aware, is in flat mostly when im in.
c and bloke sneak back out again but only slam flat door [to harass me again] new car parked outside that c drives.
i noticed a white [with strips] council van parked around the corner, again.
the dreads lock man is at c a lot - doing some works and whatnot.
c flat door is still being slammed by dl man and c but not other doors so this suggests to me its done on purpose to annoy me [its 3 feet from my flat door and no insulation] to continue harassing me. dl man is imo told to do this by c. the blokes c has about the place are told not to speak to me [i had heard c tell one that and he did what he was told] they seem to do what she says even if they are causing a nusiance to other tenants in the property - like with cyclegate here
5 sept 25
dreadman made a lot of noise when he left flat c this am - he went out quiet then got to front door opened then closed it, then c came down nisely ran down stairs then flat door slam then dreadman was back up at flat door then running down the stairs noisely then flat door slammed.
whats happening is he leaves flat - c comes down, hes back up at flat again then running down stairs like c did.
making noises when hes at flat c door [so i can here imo] causing me upset. there being 2 of them against just me, they would deny anything i say
update 7.30pm
very loud slam of flat c front door - to further harass me then loud annoying noise i can hear in my bedroom from waste water pipe that is outside my window
update
loud water pressure noise in pipes going through my l/room up to flat c above. this has been ongoing for many years and the landlord camden council won't fix it, wom't even lag the pipes to lessen the noise.
update
20.37pm
the handler is in flat c - talking loud in the toilet with the window open = so that he can be heard, then he stomped down stairs.
