They won't leave me alone

 

THEY WON'T LEAVE ME ALONE 

I CAN'T LEAVE MY FLAT WITHOUT FEELING ANXIOUS ABOUT COMING ACROSS CAMDEN COUNCIL EMPLOYEE R064 OUTSIDE MY FLAT DOOR OR INTERNAL COMMUNAL AREA.

DESPITE COMPLAINTS ABOUT HIM TO EMPLOYER CAMDEN COUNCIL they allow him to keep hanging about where i live. 

HE called me a FAT COW, stuck his 2 fingers up at me and intimidated/harassed me outside my flat door when i was on my way to hospital appointment.

he hide behind flat c door and when he heard me at my flat door which is opposite, he came out and stood behind me - way to close to me and this wasn't ok. i didn't like it. i went down the short stairs then the longer ones - i held onto the rail as i have mobility problems and he made sighing noise behind me. 

i felt very intimidated as i knew he did it on purpose.

people in camden council are protecting him despite me being disabled/vulnerable female 60 yrs old. 

what sort of male council employee is allowed to do what r064 keeps doing? 

if my case is anything to go by, camden council treat disabled people like they don't matter.

R064 also caused water leak in flat c which caused my living room ceiling to collapse and nearly kill my cat.  

he has been messing about with the plumbing and even installed a very noisy pump in flat above me. 

he also lives there. he is in flat a lot even in 'working' hrs. wooden boards and pump. 

the pumps are very noisy and intrusive and why camden council buys them to put into residents flat  is imo because they are 'cheap tat' - that may be over priced. why tenants allow them to be installed is beyond me.
