the start of a new year in the london borough of camden - hasn't been good in regards to where i live.
the situation with the unsafe state of my living room has gotten worse with a deep crack appearing at the top of the wall. The ply wood was put on the other day but not as the plaster/carpenter said he wanted to: he wanted to put board across all of that side of the ceiling [he tapped the ceiling with a tool and hole appeared , it too is wet. However he didnt do it as i said he would have to move my stuff to do it, [i can't do it, i have various medical conditions i told him] so he changed his tune and said it be okay. hmm. i thought.
this photo is at the same side of where the ceiling caved in [i couldnt get a decent landscape shot of the whole length of the width] the black mould is still where - someone was supposed to come to my flat and wash it but despite a text saying 'someone will be with you shortly' the only person who did turn up at the property [went in flat c above me] was the council employee who works in the housing repairs department, has been harassing me. day and night he is hanging around where i live and employee camden council and the police let him despite my complaints.

i don't sleep well, and usually only get 2/3 hrs sleep before waking up and much of the time i feel tired/exhausted and have breathing problems to do with anxiety and physical exertion. I have an auto-immune disorder when means that my bodies internal defence cells [to a virus etc] don't work properly and attack health cells, in my case joints, knees, wrists, it can be all over your body - and can cause a lot of pain. If aggravated say by stressful events etc it can be excruciating - i am on pen injections treatment for this. i have various other medical conditions.
i am so sick and tired of the stressors being piled on me by people i see as abusers and dishonest. i have recently had a diagnosis of autism but im not entirely sure of it but it may explain why i havent been able to control some of my emotions and hence behaviour to being overwhelmed by external stimulation [some noises] etc and some peoples loud aggressive voices and behaviours and put in situations that cause me intense distress.
i also still feel traumatised by my experiences of the police and neighbour getting me arrested. neither having much if any regard to me not be very well, one who seemingly wants me to 'hurry up and fcuking die' - not an ounce of compassion between the lot of them only wanting [as i see it] to bring down their
prey even more to go in for the kill. i don't really do angry as i imagine many others feel/do it, its more of an intense feeling within me of repulsion, and wanting to rip the thing to pieces with my bare hands - very animalistic i think, but it is part of me and i have control over it but at a cost of harming me more than it harms others.
ive lost where i was going with this and at the risk of one of my abusers reading this to use it against me in some way, in the future, id say 'piss off and piss off some more' ...

michael mansano was hanging about where i live again. this time with camden council van front lightd flashing. he was in flat c again banging about. then it was doors slamming, in and out through the next 5 or so hrs. then the thumping and banging about above my bedroom. imo he is pressured by the tenant of flat c to keep coming up to where i live - to harass/intimidate me. its never ending and neither police nor his employer camden council will help me. these people have no souls, like the walking dead imo

im feeling very tired today and have been sleeping a lot on and off through the day. i emailed housing estate officer the other day, am waiting for her reply. someone said they where going to ref me to adult social services as needing help.... ha good luck with that i though, many people don't qualify for help even if they do need it.

next door neighbours have chopped down a bush in their garden [that borders where i li9ve] where a group of about 20 sparrows lived/hung out - i am so upset by this, another nice thing destroyed, that has hurt me.
i liked the view from my kitchen window, it was one of the small no. of positive to the many negatives of where i live. i already miss seeing the sparrows, other birds.

im not feeling so great today - im very tired and thinking i won't go to the pool, i hope i can snap out of this as i love the water, and need to go.
i feel so down by whats been happening - i hope the meds kick in soon.
still no word from the estate housing office to my email to come to my flat and look at the state of the place and what im supposed to live in and me having disabilities etc - words to that effect.
update
ive come in from being at the pool, im knackered and had to get some grociers and trolly and they a bit heavy and having to get them up the stairs is so difficult and then when i got in i started to retch again
and felt even lower that before.
im so tired of always been seen as the bad one, the trouble maker, when others who are worse in many ways get away with things.

very sharp pain in my back around heart - have had pains around front this last week
flat c came in slams both doors and thumps about above my bedroom.
i canelled hospital appointment last week because i felt i coulnt do what they asked i do for 2/3 days before appointment. im too pre-ocuppied with all the harassment, etc etc to do with living where i do to be able to ..... its been too much for me

my eye has been paining me - as far as around the eye socket on my cheek.
r064 van has been parked outside where i can see it, since fri evening. its been quiet in regards to c, - like they are pretending not to be in the flat by not making any noise, other than noise i have heard - and havent been in and out. sometimes they sneak about the place as quiet as mice and you coulnt know if they where right outside your flat door - listening.

i hate living where i do, surrounded by people i consider toxic and evil. they have no compassion only hate and bringing down their prey... that is how i see them, and with good reason imo. how did i end up in this hole which evil liars up down left and right. i can't stand it at times, i want to screammmm, 'get me the fcuk away from here, them'
kentish town at its worse - sir keir starmers [labour leader and pm] constituency where police, council people and residents are cold and evil [not all of them but the dominant ones as usual, the manipulative, psycopaths, narcs who don't know how to love, or how to speak to people nicely or to comfort them - its all about destroying others to make themselves feel better. that what i think.] i feel sick litrally to my stomach just thinking about them let alone being so close by to them.

7.50am i can hear someone close flat c door - im thinking its the housing repairs harasser from camden council. i don't feel safe with him about the place but despite my complaints, he is being allowed to keep hanging about where i live by camden council and the police. yes i have to keep repeating this because what hes done and does is intimidation of a defendant in an upcoming court case and he is allowed to do it

flat c door slam then slams main front door appro 10am - done on purpose to cause annoyance etc to me
update flat c came in with r064 who had council van parked outside where i could see it - he let me know he in the building as when he got near to my flat door he spoke a bit then went into flat c thumped about...
then snuck out a bit later. he will be back later on as usual. harassment of me imo on behalf of flat c
