When something goes wrong, we will acknowledge the problem and take action to put things right"
when the 'something goes wrong' is the bad behaviour of a repairs employee - who amongst other things - caused a water leak in flat above me which caused my living room ceiling to collapse nearly killing my cat - and they don't even acknowledge your distress about this, not one of them. they are in my experience heartless - no compassion.
