About this blog

Ramblings, thoughts, facts and opinions about political things - starting point council tenant participation with my land-lord Camden council and council tenant reps plus other housing issues, and whatever.

NOTE: I believe this account has been illegally hacked. Little clues have been left for me. They like playing games.

My experience of the CJS in England

back - to The Welfare of Vulnerable People in Police Custody post

My experience of the Criminal Justice System [CJS} in England, UK

I've been very much in a panic today as it draws closer to 2 Dec 2025 and still no word from solicitor
as to whether the court has allowed my case to be put back to enable solicitor to get some stuff in place that may help with my defence.

A lot of stuff has happened on the home front that I think was designed [by fate or design] to cause me more stress/upset, to break me, have another heart attack, even kill me. You really need to 'be there' for this to make sense and not sound like the ramblings of a 'nutter' as some may call me. I am on my own with this, more so than back in 2009 when i was in court on harassment [without violence] charges of 3
camden council tenant reps.

How some things in my life have turned out doesn't fill me with pride - the opposite really but it is what it is and I can't change the past.

back then i was very naive with a lot of things to do with 'participation with the local council' and political groups etc, and how some groups behave.

update 8 may 2026
its been very difficult for me to properly write up this post, with so many things connected to this thats been going on and being distracted here there and everywhere, not having the energy etc - having to deal with this that and the over overwhelms me at times and having various disabilities/impairments doesnt help with things, and which i think they have used to my detriment -
the issue with the serious injury the police caused me that manofested when i was finally able to come back 'home' - to the place and situation where a lot of the distress etc still goes on with neighbour in flat above me.

their response to my complaints to 1st arrest where they shirked all/any responsibiliy for their actions
included the serious injury they caused. the legislation about death and severe injury is contained with the
Police Reform Act 2002 here

also the issue of the met not reviewing my detention - and letting me know

reasonable adjustments
