I have used FOR in the title instead of AT as to me they denote different things

This is what ive had to put up with for many years with tenant petra hind from flat c - she now has a bloke who works for camden council living with her who drives around in a white van with camden council on it and he slams and bangs the doors like she does.
This is done on purpose i believe, to harass me as they/she knows the loud bangs/shutting of the doors upsets me, causes me alarm at times and is an attack on my senses. its bad enough when its done without thinking, but when its done deliberately to cause upset/harm to someone thats another matter - this is behaviour neither landlord or police take seriously.

this seems to be acceptable practice in camden.
This is because camden council landlord don't accept responsibility for abuses/malpractice/etc they have committed against some tenants, against me.
They allow situations to build up and up until something happens that may result in a tenant getting arrested - like in my case.
2017 - was when the then tenant moira hogan, lived in the flat below me, began her scam/sham to do with water from my bathroom leaking down into her kitchen.
it was a scam, i never saw any evidence of any leaks coming through her ceiling [other than 1 time when it actually was a water leak, and i knew what had caused it and it was fixed] the rest was made-up and the councils plumber went a long with it - why he did i don't know but he did and so the rest of them did even if they had doubts, even if they didn't see any evidence of a leak.
this resulted in the council repeatedly trying to get into my flat. and it caused me a lot of stress/upset. they wouldn't believe what i was saying about it being fake [they knew i know they did] it was easier for them to go along with what moira hogan and plumber [whose name i don't know] where saying etc than to investigate it properly.
2019
2020 - then housing estate officer has the communual lights changed from easy to use switches to the push lights that you have to push/thump to turn the lights on but which kept switching off halfway down the stairs sort of thing, and where dangerous, especially to me as i have mobility problems and take longer than the tenant in flat C getting up and down the stairs. this lighting change was done behind my back [i was consulted, or anything] but flat A and C knew about it.
as well as the communal lights, a so-called electrician from the council wired up a door bell for flat C [from outside to into flat] that ran along the wall, up the main stairs wall - that was in the way of the top of the hand rail that i have to grab hold of to get down the stairs. then later on he put the white casing around the wire, that not only is ugly looking but which restricted me from getting down the stairs [by holding ont the hand rail]
by this time i was so fed up, so stressed out by all this i took the casing off the wall.
later on in 2020 during the lock-down period the landlord decided to come to where i live [6 of them] to get into my flat because of 'water pouring down' into flat A - oh yeah lets have a look then i says but moira hogan wouldn't let me so they continued to go along with it and at first called the fire bridgade out who i didnt let in. they went away.
then they called the police out. who didn't get in and they went away.
and off the 6 mauraders went without so much as a sorry to me or anything.
this upset me very much, and was just another case of the council and tenants causing me stress/harassment without any thought or regard to my wel-being despite them knowing i haven't been well for a number of years.
in march 2020 just before the lock-down i had a heart attack and ended up in hospital for 5 days/nights after having various procedures done on me to unblock the artery on the outside of my heart [then a stent put in] and later on various meds im still on.
i informed the 2 tenants of the heart attack, i contacted the housing estate officer - i part blamed them/2tenants for me having the heart attack due to all the stress they piled upon me.
not one gave a 4x about how this had affected me. and they still don't.
2022 - [flat A] camden council housing estate officer for kentish takes court action against me to gain access to my flat - to 'fix' pretend water leak.
{flat C] the then community safety officer for kentish town [ ex-police] was dispatched to come to my flat and give me court papers [at the time petra hind had used another tactic to get me evicted/harass me by using the housing office/community safety people to come for me - it was a 2 pronged attack [the moira hogan issue and the petra hind issue] the nhofficer for kentish town being the visible [ i say visible because she may have had a senior council officer instructing her, but i really don't know] council housing officer behind the actions.
[nb i may have some of the dates mixed up - a lot has happened over the years and they like to confuse and muddle things - i will correct any days i may have gooten wrong]
[flat A] in three 30minutes sessions with 3 different judges at the county court in gee street, and my submitted evidence of what had been going on and camden council admitting via the barrister they 'may have exagerated' [she was lovely to me and i apperaicated it]
i didnt stand a chance really as at first the judge put the frighteners on me with talk of prison etc -
and then the 3rd and last meeting i missed half of it due to delays on roads[the bus] getting me to the courts and by then the judge had granted camden council an injunction giving them access.
the way that both attacks on by A and C where 'executed' seems like they were old hands at such things [could have had help/advise sort of thing] from others i wasnt aware of] both had worked at camden council, still had connections that i didn't have.
at the same time tenant in flat C had tried to make me have another heart attack or a breakdown by calling on various people to come to where i live to cause me harm. i had already had a mini breakdown at end of 2017 to which i was still recovering for and which i had to wait over 2 years for talking therapy and was still having taking therapy when lock down started [online zoom meetings].
they just piled on the stresses and i do believe that at the very least tenant in flat C wanted me dead - she had shouted so at me a week after i came out of hospital. i have the recording.
because at the time and still, i have anxiety, etc and they won't recognise me as actually having disabilities
being vulnerable [they being the housing tenancy/repairs part of housing] and they abuse me and generally treat me like im a nobody. they expect me to behave like nothing has happened, that they havent aggraivated me, inflammed conditions i have and associated behaviours but because i have behaved at times in a way they don't like, im the one who gets arrested and held against my will for 24hrs - which inflammed aggrivated conditions even worse than before.
i will not forget or forget this, or let them forget it.

does 'high quality services include providing unoffical works and the 'servicing' of single female council tenants and harassing etc other female tenants on behalf of the 'serviced' tenant?
